We ask them to explain a complex word to a 5-year-old. If they can't make it simple, they don't get in.

Q: Who are your Book Buddies?

Current students from IITs, NITs, and top teir colleges who genuinely love reading and working with children. They're not tutors—they're more like older siblings who make books fun through conversation, not lectures.

Q: How do you train your mentors?

Every mentor completes our Socratic Facilitation Training—they learn to ask open-ended questions, manage discussions, and build rapport. They also do 2 shadow sessions before taking their first student independently.

Q: Can I request a specific mentor or change mentors?

Yes! After the first session, if the match doesn't feel right, we'll switch mentors within 48 hours, no penalty. Chemistry matters—this is a relationship-based service.

Q: What if my child's mentor leaves mid-program?

We maintain backup mentors for continuity. If a mentor leaves (exams, internship), we ensure a warm handoff—your child meets the new mentor with the current one present, and we share all session notes so there's no reset.
